Poland stands on the brink this Christmas
Happy Christmas! Thank you for standing with us for real marriage over the past year. Your commitment and support have been invaluable as we continue to defend the timeless truths that underpin strong families and thriving nations.
I thought I’d use this Christmas message to tell you that earlier this month, I had the honour of speaking at a pro-family rally in Warsaw’s historic Castle Square. I began by reminding the crowd that Poland has stood against tyranny many times before. Today, they face a new kind of challenge: a soft totalitarianism disguised as inclusion and healthcare. Thousands gathered to defend their values and hear about the UK’s experience with comprehensive LGBT ideological teaching in schools. As Poland faces pressure to introduce comprehensive sexuality education (CSE), teaching anything but real marriage, the timing of this rally was crucial.
Poland remains one of the few European countries where same-sex marriage is not recognised. Its Constitution defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman. Yet recent rulings and proposed legislation signal growing challenges to this framework. A bill to legalise civil unions is under debate, and the push for CSE is intensifying.
I spoke about the consequences seen in the UK, where similar changes have led to children being exposed to explicit content, drag queens, and confusion about gender. This over-sexualisation is ideological grooming, not education. I urged Polish parents to remain the primary educators of their children, protecting them from curricula that replaces parental authority, faith, and national identity, with group-based identities such as sexuality.
I highlighted how redefining marriage diminishes its cultural value, sidelines parents, and risks criminalising dissenting voices. I stressed the importance of resisting this path to safeguard families and the future.
Drawing on Poland’s historical resilience and faith, I encouraged them to stand firm for the future of their children, their faith, and their nation’s identity. The rally’s response was a powerful affirmation of their commitment.
At C4M, we can see that Poland is at a crucial crossroads. We support them as they stand for real marriage and against ideological colonisation. Together, we can defend the solid truths that have stood the test of time and sustained strong families and nations.
