Today we launch our short guide on responding to the consultation on Relationships and Sex Education in England.
The guide summarises the key issues at stake in the consultation and provides some points you may wish to consider in your answers.
YOU CAN HELP PROTECT CHILDREN
Please share the link with parents and other interested parties. It is vital that as many people as possible speak up to protect the teaching of marriage, the role of parents and the innocence of young children.
In particular, we believe that marriage should be seen as the ‘gold standard’ for relationships, not simply one option amongst many.
Equally importantly, parents should have the right to withdraw their children from teaching that might conflict with their beliefs about marriage.
The deadline for responses to the consultation is Wednesday 7th November. Please respond here.
